Hi Doron, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I came to San Diego from Israel with a big idea: build a home remodeling company that’s better than what people expect. Back home, I learned construction —managing projects, making sure every piece fits right, and I got good at it.
I’m not the guy who just swings a hammer; I’m the one who plans it, runs it, and makes it happen.
When I started ValueCrafters Remodeling, I wanted to fix what’s broken in this business — bad work, contractors who disappear, no one talking to the client.
We focus on high-end renovations, inside and out — beautiful kitchens, amazing outdoor living spaces, stuff that makes your home special.
I built this family business to be different: top quality, straight talk, and a team that gets it done right.
Now, we’re growing fast, and people in San Diego know us for awesome home remodeling, especially those outdoor projects. I love it, and we’re just getting started.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth? No way — this road’s been bumpy, but that’s how you get good. Home remodeling in San Diego is a tough business.

The most important lesson I’ve learned is that remodeling is just as much about people as it is about construction.
